The Gibson Room is our signature private dining area that can accommodate a secluded romantic dinner for 2 or a group of friends up to 12. Inside the Gibson room you will be catered to by your own staff, and have the choice of either Charlie’s original menu or you can choose from one of our special Gibson menus. Your own personal chef in his private kitchen will then prepare your meals. Even if you have a Favorite dish or unique needs/likings, just ask! Perhaps your private chef can do something special just for you!
